There are definitely days during that T.O.M. that i feel like death. Growing up i had the WORST periods ever – like would have to skip school bad- as I got older I think I started to use it as an excuse to get out of things i didn’t feel like doing, #1 being workouts. Over the years I’ve realized that ya, there are days I maybe can’t do a full-out workout, but that doesn’t mean i should curl in a ball and hide. It can actually make you feel worse! (mentally and physically) There are certain workouts actually help reduce symptoms and burn even more calories than if you weren’t on your period! I just put up a new blog on LSF with what workouts to do and the ones to avoid PLUS how to WIN a year supply of @tampax Pearl Active tampons – they’re the best to avoid that 😳moment working out.

Who are you cheering for today? 🇺🇸 Patriots 🦅 Eagles or 🍷🎧Just here for the wine and JT😂Ok so no bandwagoning here. My dad has been a tried and true Pats fan since before I was born so it’s in my blood. That said, the super bowl is definitely the only football game I watch all year. We’re getting ready to head to a friends to watch and I seriously can’t wait for the halftime show 🙌🏻 .
